my head hurts in a weird specific way and my hip pops out sometimes. qnd my lower back is killing me i rarely have time to sit down by myself and think lately but it might be for the best. every time i sit alone for long enough i start to feel unwell and overthink stuff.

i dont like my dad hes so rude to people
it makes me sick
